Very excited to be back into full training after I got the all clear from my doctors in Brisbane following my friday appointment. My MRI and blood tests showed that all infection I had is going and after two and a half long months I can finally get back to what I love.
I have to admit I have lost a lot of fitness but with my first race planned for March in Abu Dhabi I will have plenty of time to get into shape. I am really looking forward to my summer of training here at home in Noosa!
