Today was a tough morning out on the Queen K. Typically the wind has been blowing Southerly (which means a headwind coming back to Kona) but today a nasty Nor-Easter kicked in making for a very hard grind out to Waikaloa! Riding back we were running out of gears and rolling up hills with ease that are usually a hard effort ... gotta love Kona!
