It's been a great change this summer to spend a lot of time in Sydney with my girlfriend Amanda. I really love the Sydney lifestyle although the training for triathlon doesn't compare to the Gold Coast. Between training I would spend most days hanging out down at Bondi Beach (loyal to the North) and swimming the bay or at Iceburgs ocean pool.
