Amanda and I have just arrived back in the US from an amazing 5 days in Mykonos, Greece where we celebrated my 30th Birthday. We had both wanted to visit Mykonos for years and with Ironman Frankfurt in the books, a much needed week off, our mate Adrian retiring and my birthday all coinciding it made sense to finally make the trip to Greece.
I'd have to say it ranks as one my new favorite places in the world and we already look forward to returning to explore more of the Isles in the future. A big thanks to Amanda, Adrian, Sarah and Dan for making such a memorable week!
Now it's back into training for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Las Vegas (September 11th) and the Hawaii Ironman World Championships (October 8th).
