Training camp has come to end in Bend, OR for the summer of 2009. We had a great month swimming, biking and running in the mountains, forests and farmland around our summer home. Training for Hawaii is right on track with some of my best ever TT's on the bike and runs. Below are some pix from one of my last hit outs, a 30km TT from the town of Sisters up to the top of McKenzie Pass. I love this workout!
