I had a very up and down race in Antwerp on the weekend. I have been slowly getting back into training since a crazy few weeks in June and early July of racing. I felt pretty flat in training leading into the race abd things didnt chance on race day. I was wit the leaders out of the water but just couldnt get going on the bike and lost over 10 minutes on the leader Marino Vanhoenacker by T2. I had a solid run but was just too far behind to challenge for the podium.
I am now looking forward to some solid training in the french alps before returning to the USA
