I am back. It's been 5 years since I was last in Europe when I lived in France in the summer of 2002. This time we are in Harelbeke, Belgium staying with our friends the Lano's. It is a great area to train ... especially ride. The Flanders region is home to many of the big nqmes in the sport of cycling including the great Eddy Merckx. I am convinced I will see him out riding while I am here!
We are in Belgium till the 5th of August then it's down to Courchevel in the French Alps for a few weeks of training before heading back to the USA. Should be fun!!!
