Just a quick post. Today a come 4th at the Florida Ironman 70.3 held at Walt Disney World, Florida. I was happy with the result, matching the likes of Andrew Johns, Richie Cunningham and Tim DeBoom for most of the race. I am really happy with my fitness at this point in the season. Will post some pix and more news tomorrow.
